Enemies of Grace

Have you ever felt like your faith robbed you of your freedom, joy, creativity, and spontaneity? You long to be loving and gracious, yet past teachings keep you locked into a list of dos and don’ts.

The “strong” and the “weak” battled for the upper hand in Romans 14 and 15. Just as today, it wasn’t really about being right—it was about control, comparisons, and certitudes.

But here’s the truth: people belong to God. He determines our change and progress—not the strong, not the weak. The kingdom is not about winning arguments, but about righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Do you long for a grace awakening? Ask God to detox your heart from the enemies of grace. Humbly and honestly embrace His grace—grace to let others be.
