A God Who Pursues, Not Punishes
It’s hard to pray consistently to a God you secretly fear—one you believe might send you to hell if you don’t love Him enough.
That’s not love. That’s fear disguised as devotion.
Imagine a relationship where love is demanded under threat of destruction. Would you stay? Of course not.
Yet many see God this way—as if His love is conditional, and His wrath is always waiting.
But that’s not who God is. God is love. Not fear. Not threats. Not manipulation.
“Perfect love drives out fear.” — 1 John 4:18–19
Real love doesn’t punish—it pursues, protects, and heals. Let go of fear. Let His love draw you in.
