I Know You’re Hungry for Something
We are Paradise people — always longing for the East of Eden, where once we had everything we needed and more before being sent out.
Don’t pretend you don’t want anything.
Your nature is craving, thirsting, panting.
Ancient wisdom tells us the eye is never satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing. We are wired for more.
So stop playing and pretending — and get honest about what you really want.
When Jesus walked the earth, He understood our restless appetite. That’s why He turned water into wine, multiplied bread and fish, opened blind eyes, strengthened lame legs, and unstopped deaf ears.
And to one man lying by a pool for decades, He asked a piercing question:
“Do you want to be made whole?”
Desire is destiny.
So what do you want?
Say it.
Name it.
Own it.
Life is short. Live.
The rest of your life can still be the best of your life.
Grace,
Cedric
